Exchanges for Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or with a visible defect, please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving your order. You must include clear photos of the product and the issue. After review, if eligible, we will arrange an exchange for the same item or a suitable replacement.

Exchange Process

Eligible exchanges will only be processed after we receive complete documentation (images and order details). Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the defect was due to our error.

Complaint Requirements
