Custom Orders

As our products are personalized and made to order, customization requests cannot be changed once production has started. If you need to make any changes, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delivery delays, and Customistic will not be responsible for orders shipped to the address provided by the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selections, or customer-provided customization errors.

Exchanges or replacements are only offered for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, subject to our Refund & Exchange Policy.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the product and packaging for review.
